The Museum of Herzegovina is one of the most famous museums in Bosnia and Herzegovina, because it tells the history of the region from the beginning of history until the twentieth century. The museum was opened in 1950 with the aim of finding, collecting and preserving the cultural and archaeological history of Mostar and of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among the exhibits in the museum, visitors will find books, manuscripts, radios, cooking utensils, weapons and much more.
