The Hardanger Bridge is a stunning suspension bridge linking the county of Voss and Olvik. It is considered one of the longest suspension bridges in the world and the longest bridge in Norway, with a length of 1,380 meters or 4,530 feet, and it is 55 meters above the water level of the Hardanger Fjord. Construction of the bridge began in 2006 and was completed in 2009 and opened to visitors in 2013.
