The idea to open the Harayama Ramen Restaurant came from the famous Taiwanese duck ramen soup, and it later became one of the most important restaurants in the city of Shanghwa. In addition to duck soup, the menu includes many types of dishes such as noodles, chicken noodles, Japanese-style char siu rice, curry rice and sirloin rice, all of which are presented in an impressive manner, along with a selection of appetizers and vegetables, at prices commensurate with the quality of the dishes.
