Information about Guruvayur Temple
Krishna Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu deity in Kerala, specifically in the city of Thrissur. It is one of the most important places of worship for Hindus in the state, and its name translates to "Vishnu's sacred abode on earth". It is a strange but poetic place at the same time, as the building in which the temple is located is very impressive, and is usually surrounded by candles from all directions, and you will see many statues, and many beautiful flowers that the temple goers put in it. Inside you will see the high priest sanctuary who enters in the morning each day and does not drink anything until the completion of the "noon worship" at 12:30 pm.
