Guild Houses is the gathering place of the craft guilds that dominated the economic life of the city of Brussels in the late Middle Ages and early modern times, from 1421 onwards they were represented in the city government together with the aristocratic lineages of the seven noble houses of Brussels, in the Grand Place of Brussels ( Grand-Place de Bruxelles) Some of their camps can still be seen as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Grand Place in Brussels.
