A wonderful museum of textile heritage, an old factory, located in the center of Gothenburg, Sweden. It was originally an industrial belt-weaving mill, established in 1891. All the original looms and tools were left in place, and today it is a unique living and working museum, run by an association of volunteers. Volunteers maintain the machines and produce ribbons, lace, and other products for the museum shop. When you visit this museum, you will feel that you have traveled back in time 100 years, when you see the old machines, which are still working in good condition.
