Gorenska is the central museum and gallery in the region, gaining its importance from the collections it contains, which are known to be the most important: the archaeological collection, the ethnological collection, the ancient history collection, the art collection, the cultural history and modern times collection, a treasury of Slovenian photography, and an art collection from the Gorenska region. and the Prešerniana group, and the gallery holds continuous workshops and seminars to keep in touch with the surrounding environment.
