Ghadira Nature Reserve is located in the north of Malta, on the outskirts of the city of Mleiha. The reserve, which extends over an area of 7 hectares, consists of a brackish lake, more than 140 species of rare birds and dozens of species of trees and plants. Photographers from all over the world come to this reserve to take pictures of rare birds, and locals and tourists come to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
