French fries are actually Belgian potatoes, as they were first invented in Belgium, a fact the locals are very proud of. So much so that there is a museum dedicated to potato chips, this is the first and only museum that focuses on the French or Swiss potato chip or any other kind. Educational, informative and fun, the museum is a beautiful historic building and one of the oldest in the city.
