The Franz Liszt Academy of Music is the leader in Hungarian music education, and the most famous concert venue in Budapest. The current building - the third in its history - is one of the city's most important Art Nouveau landmarks. Originally founded in 1875, the Hungarian Royal National Academy of Music was first operated out of Franz Liszt's very private apartment on the Danube embankment.
