The Independence Fountain is one of the most popular attractions in the sea capital Varna in Bulgaria which is located in the city’s Independence Square. Its amazing water jet height reaches 41 meters, making it the tallest fountain in Bulgaria. The new fountain is undoubtedly a major attraction for the residents of Varna as well as for the tourists from Bulgaria and abroad. Although the fountain operates all day, it is certainly more impressive after 8:30 pm during the night when the exceptional lights are turned on with music and it becomes a dancing fountain around which many locals and tourists gather.
