Terraces Fountain is a small water fountain, located in the middle of a green spot in the city of Liege, surrounded by small herbs and a group of plant basins of roses, which intersect the paths designated for walking, and a number of wooden benches that visitors can sit on to enjoy and relax while watching the flowing water from Fountain into the basin.
