The Flying Fish Restaurant was established in one of the old houses on the island. The restaurant is run by a family who wanted to revive the traditional dishes of the Bahamas, so the dishes that visitors will taste in this restaurant are purely traditional without any additions or modifications. Among the dishes it serves on the menu are grilled fish, meat stew with potatoes, fried shrimp sticks with cheese and much more.
