Finlayson Church enjoys a unique position among the general churches of Tampere. And this particular church was not built by the congregation, but by Wilhelm von Nottbeck, director of the Finlayson factory, who took care of the spiritual life of his workers. Today, the church is the third oldest in Tampere and is distinguished by its unique architectural design.
