Built as the first stop north along the ancient trade route from the port city of Antalya, Evderhan was a massive fortified inn designed to protect travelers, caravans, and possibly even garrison soldiers. Today, with the passage of time, the building has turned into historical ruins, the most beautiful and largest of its kind. It is covered with vaults of stalactites and surrounded by geometric patterns, carved formations and niches.
