Luis Companese Olympic Stadium was built in 1927 and is the stadium of the Espanyol Sports Club. This stadium is considered one of the archaeological and historical stadiums in Spain. It is the oldest stadium in the country. It hosted the first Spanish championships for the Mediterranean Games in 1955 AD. It also has a large area, with a capacity of approximately 56 thousand spectators, yet it is included in the list of simple stadiums compared to other stadiums in the city. And visitors can enter it in order to take souvenir photos and tour it, unless there is any match taking place on its land.
