It is a restaurant that tries to reignite the roots of Cuban culture and ideas with a mixed product. The indoor state run restaurant is a mixture of Santeria Air and Cimarion (fugitive slaves) which is interesting but the deliciousness and quality of the food is incomparable. Among the options offered by this restaurant are toastons (fried banana pancakes) filled with choiso, cheese, lamb and many other local dishes.
