Eagle Rock is a natural area that houses the mausoleum of Prince Danilo I, the prince who ruled Montenegro during the nineteenth century and the beginning of his rule marks the period of Montenegro's transition to an independent secular state. Tourists visit the place due to the wonderful panoramic views it provides over the entire city. The place also provides a unique view of the valley, and scenic natural features, because it is located on one of the peaks of Montenegro. Moreover, the area in which the shrine is located is very beautiful, as it is a large green space in which to walk and spend quiet times in the lap of nature.
