Pelpant Village was established in 2015 as a green tourist village, in light of Indonesia's orientation towards sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism. In the past, the village was called the village of dust, due to the presence of many sand mining sites in it, but it was decided to convert it into a green area, as the local people planted trees and green crops, until it became a favorite tourist destination for many. Tourists can do a lot of activities, the most important of which is wandering around the village and enjoying the scenic views, such as watching the cultivation of rice fields, and exploring the manufacture of the traditional kikiri hat. The village also has a heart-shaped swimming pool in which wonderful pictures can be taken. The village is a suitable place for family tourism or as a place to spend a quiet and different holiday away from the noise and congestion.
