Drusel tower - Kassel: Working hours, Activities, Visitor reviews

Information about Drusel tower
Drussell Tower is a remnant of the former military fortifications of Kassel, which were demolished between 1767 and 1774. One of the few surviving medieval buildings in Kassel, the 44-meter-high round tower, with its colorful paving stones, is the last of the Kassel fortifications. On the outside of the first floor there are small remnants of the earlier battles of the city wall, supported by consoles, and the current ceiling corresponds to the ceiling of 1686 AD, where the pointed dome was used for coverage.
