Information about Ditsong National Museum of Natural History
تأسس متحف ديستونغ الوطني للتاريخ الطبيعي عام 1895م وكان يُعرف سابقاً باسم متحف ترانسفال وقد تمّ تغيير اسمه عام 2010م، ويختص المتحف بتغطية مواضيع التاريخ الطبيعي المرتبطة بجنوب إفريقيا، حيث يمكنكم مشاهدة مجموعات كبيرة من الأحافير من عصور مختلفة، وتشمل هذه الأحافير مجموعات أثرية لأسلاف الإنسان، تمّ إدراجها ضمن قائمة اليونسكو للتراث العالمي، بالإضافة لأحافير الطيور والزواحف واللافقاريات.
