The Dharahara Tower is considered one of the city’s symbols and its wonderful historical landmarks. It was built in the nineteenth century AD, and was composed of 22 floors, rising 61.88 meters and providing an unparalleled panoramic view of the entire city and the distant horizon, but it was destroyed by the violent Nepal earthquake that occurred in 2015. ad; Its restoration was completed on April 24, 2021 to restore some of its former status and unique splendor.
