Damrak is a partially filled canal and street in the center of Amsterdam, connecting the main railway station, Dam Square and the Royal Palace, and dotted with shops and souvenir shops, as well as many restaurants, cafes and local sweet shops, and you can board a boat for a tour of the canal for sightseeing.
