Daejeon Museum of Art was established not only to contribute to the development of the art world in Korea by supporting local artistic activities, but also to enjoy this art and to share with the Korean and international audience some wonderful local works. The museum's courtyards, which extends over an area of more than 8,400 square metres, include dozens of art galleries and unique exhibits. Visitors will find among the exhibits statues, sculptures, abstract paintings, and others.
