Daejeo Ecological Park is located along the banks of the Nakdong River next to Gimhae Airport and is home to migratory birds. It has been declared a protected ecological park. It consists of various swamps, waterways, flowers, herbs and exercise facilities. The park is also the host venue for the annual Nakdong Canola Festival which is held in the month of April every year.
