Daegu National Museum is a relatively recent museum that was opened in the year 1994 AD. The museum is located in a public park located in downtown Daegu and is dedicated to giving visitors an opportunity to learn more about the historical and cultural heritage of Korea in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Visitors will find more than 30,000 artifacts, including statues, shields, weapons, pottery, clothing, textiles, and much more.
