It is an ancient villa dating back to the nineteenth century AD. It was the personal property of a wealthy family in Vis. It is a huge villa that extends over an area of 3.6 hectares. The villa was later sold at public auction for 32.1 million crowns, then it was rebuilt and equipped for tourism. It includes many recreational and service facilities, including a restaurant and a hotel, and is surrounded by a large green garden and many other natural features that attract tourists to it.
