The twisted bridge is located next to the Old Bridge, a true symbol of the city that was destroyed in 1993. It is a stone bridge with a single arch that is small in size and looks very similar to the Old Bridge. It is worth noting that the bridge's path is cobblestone, as is the case with the main roads in the town. The floods of December 2000 destroyed this bridge, and then UNESCO started a reconstruction project funded by Luxembourg until the project was completed in 2001.
