Coral Castle is one of the most amazing sites in Miami. There is an interesting story behind the structures you will see here. Made of rock limestone formed from coral, the site is shrouded in legends and mysteries. In the 1940s, a man created the sculpture garden using what he described as " The secrets that the Egyptians used to build the pyramids" to move the huge heavy stones, and he worked at night and no one saw him move the stones, and he spent 28 years of his life carving the coral castle using homemade tools, and he carved more than 1100 tons of coral rocks alone and without the help of machines. Today, no one knows exactly how he managed to move the stones!
