One of the most famous observation platforms located in the German city of Bremerhaven, it was opened to the public in 1979. It consisted of a huge structure and twelve containers or boxes, about 78 square meters in length. The podium offers enchanting panoramic views of the sea, the ships anchored at the port, and the scenic natural features surrounding the city. Near the podium there are various service facilities for visitors such as restaurants, shops and public parks.
