The Argentine Congress Building is functionally the center of the legislative power in the country, and an artistic image is dazzling aesthetically, as it includes rich details of artworks by famous artists. The seat of the executive authority is located in Casa Rosada at the other end. Of 72 senators and 257 seats, an annex was added to the building in 1974 to provide space for the offices of Representatives.
