Perched on a hill at the southern end of High Park in Toronto, the Colborne Lodge Museum is a city-run historical museum. This house was built in 1836 AD, by the architect and city surveyor John George Howard, where he lived until his death in 1890 AD, and it was built in the style of a Regency country house, and it is one of the first buildings in the city to adopt this style. Today, the house serves as a historical museum that includes the belongings that the engineer used in his life!
