Coal Peak is a popular observation platform in São Miguel; The largest island in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores, visitors will find enchanting panoramic views of both the northern and southern coasts of the island, including a series of volcanic craters that stretch from Ponta Delgada to Ribeira Grande, and this platform stands at a height of just over 800 metres.
