Claros was an ancient Greek sanctuary on the coast of Ionia, and contained temples, churches, and strongholds for armies, including the Temple of Apollo, which served as a "center of knowledge" until his abandonment in the fourth century, and is the only Doric temple built in Ionia, of which no remains Today, nothing but simple traces of decorated columns crowned with carvings, in addition to some statues that symbolize important figures who lived in that period.
