The Museum of Civilizations is located inside the historic village of Al Muftaha in the city of Abha. It contains many historical monuments and artifacts that have been collected over the centuries, which symbolize the culture and traditions of the Asir region. It includes more than 10,000 rare artifacts belonging to civilizations of previous nations, and perhaps the most valuable piece Inside the museum is a manuscript Qur’an dating back to the year 857 AH.
