The Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Lazarus is a symbol of Larnaca and one of its majestic historical and archaeological treasures. Built in the late ninth century AD, it has Byzantine architecture, three domes and a magnificent bell tower. It is home to the gilded iconostasis which is an outstanding example of Baroque art. .
