Chin Swee Grottoes Temple is a Taoist Buddhist temple located in 28 acres of rocky forest in Genting Highlands, built in honor of Master Chin Swee, a Buddhist monk from Fujian Province famous for his ability to summon rain and exorcise evil spirits. It consists of nine floors decorated with many images of Buddha and thousands of blessed lamps. Visitors are allowed to climb the stairs towards the top of the pagoda, where the panoramic views are amazing. Inside the temple grounds are huge statues of Buddha as well as amazing carvings of animals and inscriptions about ancient Chinese traditions and beliefs.
