You wouldn't expect the capital of Thailand's northernmost province, Chiang Rai, to have a beach, as it is more than 900 kilometers from the coast, but despite that it includes the Chiang Rai River shore, which is not a typical Thai beach, as you won't find long-tail boats or trees Palms, white sandy stretch or turquoise waters, it is located on the banks of the Kok River, and spread along it a group of wonderful bamboo huts, and attracts large numbers of locals and tourists wishing to spend a day full of rest and relaxation.
