Chi Lin Monastery is an ancient Buddhist temple founded in 1934 AD and served as a haven for Buddhist nuns. The building was rebuilt in 1998 AD when it was further developed and added the traditional Chinese architectural style, in addition to many Buddhist statues made of gold, wood and stone. The temple is surrounded by a garden Nin Lian, which was designed in the style of traditional Chinese gardens, is open to the public free of charge in addition to the temple halls.
