The Chaim Pinto Synagogue is an ancient historical site; It was considered the house and temple of Rabbi Chaim Pinto, one of the famous Jewish rabbis in the Moroccan city of Essaouira. He built a temple in Mogador, where he spent most of his time worshiping and teaching the Torah. The building is an active synagogue used when pilgrims or Jewish tourism groups visit the city. The synagogue is located on the second floor of a three-story building and courtyard within the old city walls.
