Information about Cervantes Grand Theater
The Cervantes Grand Theater is a theater dedicated to Miguel Cervantes in Tangiers, Morocco. Built in 1913 by the Spaniards, the theater has undergone little renovation from the outside, and is famous for its dilapidated facade, designed in the art deco style. The theater can be accessed via Pasteur Street and Prince Moulay Abdel Allah. The theater was once considered to be one of the most prestigious theaters in North Africa, with prominent singers and dancers performing various and varied performances on this stage. Although the place is not in an excellent condition, it still preserves its historical and archaeological character.
