Catalon Beach is the closest beach to the old port, and it is worth noting that it is difficult to find a place on this beautiful sandy beach - frequented by a large number of people - but it is still a very pleasant beach. Not only is it famous for the many beach volleyball competitions that take place there in the summer, but people also come to it to enjoy the scenery and the wonderful view of Friul Island.
