Rafael Nunez is responsible for preserving and disseminating the historical heritage of Colombian thought. Rafael lived and died in this museum. The importance of this building is due to the fact that the Constitution of the Political Reforms of Colombia was issued from this building in 1886. There are some trees in the front yard, and inside there are many collectibles Which shows the way people lived in the period of the emergence of the city of Cartagena. There is a church (in which Raphael and his wife are buried) and a garden near it.
