This building was the residence of the Belgian artist Max Leon Moreau, who spent more than thirty years in the city until his death, then bequeathed all his possessions to the municipality of Granada, and the building was renovated in 1998 to become a museum consisting of a house, an orchard and an ornate garden, along with three small balconies Overlooking the city, the house consists of three independent buildings, linked by wide courtyards. The museum currently houses a permanent exhibition of the painter's work while he was studying.
