The Mühle House is an ancient building located in the city of Timisoara, built between 1866 and 1868, and in 1878 it was purchased by the horticulturalist Wilhelm Mühle. The house belonged to the Molly family until their granddaughter immigrated to Germany in 1992, eventually becoming in the possession of a wealthy rich family that did not preserve it well, so it turned into ruins, and in the wake of protests and the intervention of the municipality, the court ordered its restoration in 2016, and it was listed as a historical monument by Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs of Romania.
