The Carob Mill Museum is one of the distinguished historical museums in the city of Limassol, which houses equipment from the twentieth century that was previously used to process carob fruits. Because it was highly valued not only in Cyprus, but also beyond its borders. Today, in a restored twentieth century building formerly used as a factory, you can see some of the equipment used for processing the carob, and right at the entrance (formerly the first room) is a large industrial scale on which the carob is weighed and some of the important tools and equipment used in the manufacture of juice and syrup.
