Information about Camargue Natural Regional Park
The Camargue Regional Natural Park, a very beautiful area to visit, is a reserve that was designated in the 1970's along the Camargue coast in France. Descended from Roman times, oxen in the midst of wonderful natural wonders, the park protects the wetland environment and the adjacent marine area, the park has been twinned with the Spanish Wetlands of Doñana National Park at the mouth of Guadalquivir. Where the two parks share a number of characteristics including the importance of bird life and semi-feral horses, it is a great place to relax and spend a good time, definitely worth a visit .
