Bukha Castle is located in the fishing village of Bukha on the Musandam Peninsula. The castle was built in the sixteenth century by the Portuguese, and passed through Numerous restorations and renovations since then, and it has played a very important role in protection and fortification throughout the history of the Sultanate.
