The Brookfield Zoo, also known as the Chicago Zoo, is located in the suburb of Brookfield and is home to about 450 species of animals that live on its 216 acres. These animals include big cats, butterflies and desert animals, and there are areas designated for tigers, bears, African animals, elephants, crocodiles, and many more.
