Located near the village of Medina in Malta, the Blue Cave is a distinctive natural architectural masterpiece that sits in the middle of the island's sea as a jewel. This cave can be accessed, by boat, and during one's trip one can also see the small uninhabited island of Velva. This picturesque natural cave reflects the brilliant phosphorescent colors of the underwater plants, and offers a breathtaking view of the island, where the cliffs rise from the Mediterranean Sea and the frothy waves crashing against the rocky face can make for some excellent photographic shots.
